Name, nickname, phone number, email address, password (as a hash), listing text and photos, message history between users, and technical data — session cookies, IP address for certain actions (e.g. reports), and page-visit data for internal statistics.
To create and run your account, publish and moderate listings, connect buyers and sellers, notify you about listing and payment status, prevent spam and fraud, and improve the platform.
Account data is kept while the account is active. After account deletion, personal data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, except where longer retention is required by law (e.g. financial records for payments).
To delete your account and the personal data tied to it, email the contact address below with the subject "Account deletion". Requests are processed within a reasonable time; some anonymized data (e.g. aggregate statistics) may be retained.
No one. Market24 does not sell or share users’ personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may only be disclosed when directly required by law or a competent authority.
