These rules extend the Terms of Service and describe what cannot be posted on Market24. Listings that break these rules are removed without warning, and the account may be blocked.
Prohibited from listing
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives, and their parts
- Narcotic and psychotropic substances, smoking blends, precursors
- Prescription-only medicines
- Official documents, forms, seals, awards, and identity documents
- Stolen goods and items of unclear origin
- Live animals and plants protected under conservation law
- Sexual services and related advertising
- Pyramid schemes and other income-without-real-activity schemes
- Counterfeit and fake goods (brand replicas, fake diplomas, etc.)
- Third parties' personal data, private correspondence, and documents without their consent
- Pornographic material and any service involving minors
- Human organs, tissue, and other biological material
- Cracked or pirated software, hacking tools, and malware
- Social media, gaming, or other platform accounts, and follower/review manipulation services
- Goods and services whose trade is restricted or banned under Georgian law
