These terms govern the use of the Market24 marketplace. By registering and posting listings, you agree to the conditions below.
A listing must accurately describe the item or service offered, include a real price where applicable, and not mislead other users. Posting outside the right category, duplicating the same listing repeatedly, and listing anything from the prohibited list (see "Marketplace Rules") are not allowed. The administration may set additional technical requirements for listings (photo count, text length, etc.).
Each user is fully responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content of the information they post, including text, photos, and any contact details. The platform does not verify listings for accuracy and is not a party to any deal between a seller and a buyer.
The administration may remove any listing without prior notice, and may restrict or fully suspend a user’s account, if it violates these terms, the marketplace rules, applicable law, or draws well-founded complaints from other users. A blocking decision can be appealed via the contact listed in the Privacy Policy.
Market24 is purely a technical platform for posting listings and takes no part in deals between users. The platform is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items and services offered in listings, for either party fulfilling their obligations, or for any harm arising from users dealing with each other on or off the site.
The administration may amend these terms at any time. The current version is always available at this link; continuing to use the platform after changes are published means you accept the new version.
